Where You Stand with AI

Reads how you already use ChatGPT or Claude, shows you the pattern you haven't noticed, and hands you three things to set up tonight. Then a 20-minute interview about the parts of your business that never came up.

Run it · Claude Code

$claude plugin marketplace add ThetaOneMarketing/joeyfarbstein-ai && claude plugin install joeyfarbstein-ai@joeyfarbstein-ai

Then type /ai-standing ~/.claude/projects if you use Claude Code, or /ai-standing ~/Downloads/data-export.zip with a claude.ai or ChatGPT export. When the report opens, say "go" and the interview starts.

No Claude Code?

There's a paste-in version for ChatGPT and the Claude app in the repo. It uses the AI's own memory of your past chats, so the counts are rough, and it says so.

What it does

You've been using ChatGPT or Claude on your own. Texts to customers, a quote here and there, "how do I fix this" at 10pm. This reads that history and writes you a report. Not about AI. About you: when you reach for it, what you keep asking it, what you re-explain every single time, and what you've never thought to bring to it.

Then it hands you three things to set up tonight. Each one is something you do once and it works every time after. Never "paste this at the top of every chat." The bar is: if you'd have to do it again tomorrow, it's a chore, not a win.

The ladder

Four rungs. Most owners are on rung one: every chat starts from zero, and the AI doesn't know what trade you're in. Rung two, it knows who you are. Rung three, it does the thing you do over and over without being asked each time. Rung four, it runs on its own and tells you when something needs you. The report shows your rung with a count from your own chats, and what one rung up changes for you specifically.

Before you start

  • Claude Code, for the full version. It reads your Claude Code folder directly, or a claude.ai or ChatGPT export.
  • Or the paste-in version in the Claude app or ChatGPT. Rougher numbers, same report.
  • About 10 minutes to read, then 20 for the interview if you say "go."
  • It never quotes anything personal, medical, financial, or about a named customer.

The honest part

This one's still being built. The report works. The interview that follows is short for now and gets longer as I run it with real contractors. If you run it and something's off, tell me; you'd be helping me build it. It's also the one skill on this page that is a bit about me: the last line of the report is an invitation to talk. The three things to set up tonight are real either way.

It's working if

  • At least one line in the report made you think "huh, I didn't know I did that."
  • The three things to set up took ten minutes each and you haven't had to touch them since.
  • The interview asked about something you've never once typed into an AI.

Common questions

Does it read my whole chat history?
Yes, locally, to write the report. The handoff for the interview uploads the findings, the report, and the chat that wrote it, so the interview can pick up anywhere. The repo has the details.
I don't use AI much. Is there a point?
It says so plainly and keeps the report short. Fewer than ten chats and it won't pad.
Is this the marketing audit?
No. The three marketing audits are above. This is about how you work with AI. Ask Joey sends you here when you ask "what else can ChatGPT do for me."

Where it fits

The one skill on this page that isn't about your marketing. It's the AI half of the AI Operating System conversation, free, so you can see where you stand before you decide whether that's for you.
